This is the lowest this card has ever been since it came out averaging $320-330 or so. I paid about $330 at the time about 4 months ago. Sale for $275 is a nice price drop.

Model number EVGA 04G-P4-3975-KR

It does say: In stock but may require an extra 1-2 days to process. Ships from and sold by Amazon.com.

edit: Apparently it's not low enough because they're supposedly $200 and less because of the new card coming out. Even though Amazon has not sold it that low yet.

You're a troll aren't you. You're about to get so many td lol. 970s have been 200 and should be less than that because of 10 series card.

Where have they been $200 for a 3975-KR?

Amazon has not had this model for this price before. You did see there are multiple versions of the 970 listed right?

Post a link to who has a better price for this model.

Sorry that was kind of rude of me. I just don't understand why people are posting 970s above like 220 when u can get much better value with 1070 or even 980 ti now. I do see the different versions but that doesn't matter. You're still getting a 970 card despite the different versions. U do realize u can get a 980 ti for 300? So why pay for a 970 for close to that price. The TD for this post shows this. And proves my point

Since I'm not currently in the market for cards right now I have not been keeping an eye on the prices for 970 & 980 which were standard price recently. I knew the new cards were coming but apparently they're out now. Amazon needs to adjust their price down then and this might be the regular price for now.

Too bad I couldn't wait on the newer cards since my old one burned out early this year.

I love this site so kind and loving and gentle when explaining why something is not a deal.

If you need a 970, just look on Ebay or the Tech FST sites. People are offloading in droves just to upgrade to the 1070/1080. You can probably haggle and get a used one for 150-175.

Iagree now that the 10xx's are out, this price is crazy high. IIRC, there have been sub-$200 970 deals (perhaps not this exact card, but 970 deals) in the past. Unless you're picking up this card to match one you already have, pass.

this would be a deal around 189, 199 max

with the 1060 having a 249msrp it's ridiculous to see 970s around the same money
