Would love it if this was 1080p. Would be all over it (probably not realistic at this price point).

Got one. Wow, that is an amazing deal. 17" at this price point is great even if it's not 1080P.

I recently purchased this laptop about 2 months ago for school, and will say I am very pleased with it. I wish I was computer savvy, and could tell you all about exact performance stats, but I am not a big computer guy.

The things I can tell you is it starts up very quickly, seams to be able to handle the full benefits of gigabyte Internet, the laptop is a thin and sleak build, and the screen is a pleasant picture even if it isn't 1080p. I am pleased with my purchase.

If someone is looking for a good computer at this price point, pull the trigger. I would doubt a regrettable purchase.

One other quick point. When I looked at this, the store didn't have any displays. According to the sales guy, Best Buy has a 15 day time period in which you can return it, and there are no restocking fees.

I paid 350, then made them price match a 330 sale about 10 days after I bought it.

I will add to this that over the last two months since I bought it, the price has fluctuated between 380, 350, and 330. I haven't deleted it from my watch list since I bought it, so I see the price every time I open the Best Buy app.
