1ms response time
60Hz
TN
VESA 75x75.
HDMI, D-sub
Barrel type power connector (has external transformer)
No Speakers

Not bad for a big basic TN monitor.

From reviews, it sounds like the picture is good. Most complaints are about lack of DVI or Display Port... My biggest complaints just looking at the pictures and the specs would be the barrel type power plug with external power brick (instead of a standard PC power cord) and that there are no speakers.

In my mind, this would be perfect for a small bedroom console display if it had speakers. I guess you could hook up some speakers to the console itself if you get an optical (Toslink) to analog adapter...

Some reviews say that there is noticeable ghosting. Has anyone tried using this for gaming?

I read through the amazon reviews and noticed only 2 or 3 that mention ghosting. At least two of those sounded like defective monitors. If the ghosting is as bad as they describe, there would be dozens of negative reviews mentioning it. I think they just got duds.

The most common negative that I see is the blinking blue light this thing apparently has in standby mode. Looks like it might need some carefully placed electrical tape.

Gotta love the negative reviews that point out the lack of inputs as their reasoning... Do they not even do the slightest bit of research before hitting the "buy it now" button?

If they did, there'd be no excuse for the whine.
