I bought a Ruger SR9 for $370 shipped. Is the S&W a better pistol?

SR9 is a larger handgun than the M&P9 Shield. the Shield is more for conceal carry, so i don't think it's an apples to apples comparison.

unless you are referring to the SR9C?

deal is back again! I got a deal like this from this website. great cs to deal with. I decided to go with the Springfield because the fiber optic sight. little bit more but both extremely reliable guns

my cousin has the ruger as his daily carry. look at laws before you buy the ruger for the stack might be more than allowable to carry. this smith and wesson can be carried everywhere except CA of course . lol

Yea I hear you being born and growing up in CA.....I live in VA now so life is a little sweeter lol....the Ruger came with a 17 & 10 round mag

The shields have a smaller grip. So if you like heftier or wider grips this is not for you. If you have smaller hands or a thinner grip and something easily concealable, this is it!
