I bought this awhile back.
It's a good package, especially if you want the Herf.

For $21 I'll give it a shot. Don't know much about cigars, but a buddy told me that 3 of those he's heard of go for $8-$11 each.

For the 20+ years that I've been smoking, I've never bought a multi brand sampler; especially a loss leader variant. Too many variables, to get reliable feedback, on what might become part of my rotation.

1. How were the individual stiks stored
2. Being a handmade product, the blend can vary within any given box/mazo/bundle
3. Specific to a cheap offering, you get what you pay for

For recommendations and insight, I would opt for a reputable Cigar forum (e.g. HerfersParadise.org [herfersparadise.org]), that isn't sponsored

You can get free shipping if you add a deal to your cart that qualifies for free shipping -- it gives FS to your entire order. You could add a deal from their daily deal site dailycigardeal.com

It's my opinion that samplers are a great thing. You get to try new brands that you may love. A lot of my favorites like the Julius Ceaser, Drew Estate undercrown, Diesel Maduro, and the Bahia Maduro all came from samplers. Where a 5 pack may have cost me up to $50 online, I got it in a sampler.

I understand your point though, in samplers there seems to be some pretty mediocre cigars in my experience. Simply expressing my 2 cents is all.

I haven't had most of these cigars, and I am excited to try some, especially the Alec Bradley. At $2 a stick, it's kinda meh, but Idk, worth a shot. I'll post back here when I've tried a few to help out future visitors. I'm not a cigar snob, not that that's a bad thing.
