60$ student prime. Apply for it they will ask for confirmation on school enrollment. Cancel it. And restart it and bam student pricing. Well at least that worked for me

I've never seen these types of treadmills, which they were more popular and cheaper... Seems like this one has a few issues and will have to pass.

This is a screaming good deal on the TR-800. I used one of these at a previous employer (who sold them), and we moved these for $799.00 all day. I'd average about 2 hours of walking a day on this, which adds up quickly to a lot of burned calories. If I had a standing desk at my new job, I'd be all over this. It's a total night and day difference between this model and other standing desk treadmills due to the shock absorption system, which makes it feel much closer to a gym treadmill (albeit one that maxes out at 4MPH). Excellent, excellent product. Just be sure to get a silicone lube spray and perform maintenance every month or so and you're golden.

Also, last I checked, the Bluetooth connectivity was exclusively to a Mac or PC running the LifeSpan fitness application - unless something's changed recently, it won't link to your phone. I personally logged my time/milage/calories manually on a different fitness app anyway.

Very cool product, saves a lot of space. Only negative is that you dont have the computer, however nowdays with all the wearable technology i guess its not really needed.

That's a pretty good selling point for me... I guess I'll backorder now and think for a few more days...

Thanks!

This is exactly what I'd want instead of the big gym model my sister insisted on getting. The control panel is huge and at eye level, making it very hard to walk while watching TV or playing a video game. This may not have the same kind of intense workout option but in terms of avoiding couch potato status is far more likely to be used. I've long had this package with a different LifeSpan model on my wishlist:

The only way we'd have room for it is if we got rid of the other treadmill (not going to happen) or if I won the lottery and was moving into a much bigger place with our own exercise room or a room set aside for a home office. But I can dream.

Only three hours walk time?

"Three Hour Limit: Are you a walkaholic? Three hours might not be enough motor time. Other LifeSpan desk treadmills can run for six or 10 hours."

If you plan to walk/work more than 3hrs/day, stay away from this and get its bigger brother/sister TR1200-DT3 or TR5000-DT3!!
