Walking through my local Wal-Mart (zip code 53073) this morning I noticed that they had some Star Wars Lego Sets on clearance. Compared with what has been posted in the past and it seems like a pretty decent deal. YMMV since online prices are higher than those in store.

Millennium Falcon 75105: $109.99
Tie Fighter 75101set: $49.99
Troop Transport 75140 set: $49.99

I have pictures to verify, but on my phone and not sure how to post them.

Millennium Falcon 75105 - Item #: 45064378
Tie Fighter 75101 - Item #: 45059384
Troop Transport 75140 - Item #: 47348001
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Didn't see Millennium Falcon on Clearance sale ($149.99 for me) but I did see the other 2 for $49.99 each in the DFW area.

There are a ton of price reductions in toys and there are numerous (have been for awhile) clearance Legos cause they are now deleted items.

Hey, Lego-finders! I would humbly request some help: do you guys know of any way to get reduced pricing on many new small Lego sets? I want to donate some to a charity (Seattle Childrens Hospital), and hope to maximize the number of sets I can provide to the kids. I've already contacted Lego Charity directly, but they don't send bricks outside of their local Enfield, CT area. Thanks in advance. I keep looking for sales at Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc, but perhaps there's a better option if one knows where order many small sets at once?

Do you prefer they be new? You can get used sets on ebay for around half the price as long as they're not retired.

Thumbs down. This is more a "sale price" than an actual clearance.

I agree - this is sale price not clearance. I was comparing prices with Walmart website and not sure what was I missing. Only $6-10 difference is not deal or clearance price.

One of my stores shows the Millennium Falcon at $35. But OOS, of course.

For the hospital environment they have to be new. I would like to give many - and so it seems that there ought to be a "buy 24 sets and get a volume discount" option available somewhere.

What's the difference? I don't care if it's called a "sale" or "clearance", I care about the price. Plus, even if it is more of a "sale" price, that's better since it's more likely to be available at other Walmarts.

If you want sale price, you can go buy lego on sale all the time at any retailers all the time.
Enjoy.

And if the sale price is good, and it's an item I want, I will, because it's the price that matters, not the label - "clearance," "sale" or otherwise.
