Any idea if the seller is an authorized reseller? Its from a third party seller selling through Newegg, not from Newegg itself.

Better deal might be here for the new Autel X-Star Premium. [bhphotovideo.com] Its missing a few features of the Phantom 4, but Autel has MUCH better customer support than DJI. And its only $899 WITH case and extra battery.

Be wary of 3rd party seller via Newegg. If you file a chargeback, Newegg will lock your account!

No offense, but companies have a right to lock your account if you received a free product, and you don't want to pay for it because you called your credit card for a chargeback. It is stealing, plain and simple.

And if I didn't receive a product from Newegg and wanted a chargeback, then I would easily sacrifice a Newegg account to get my money back. That's when a chargeback is justified.

No offense, but do you live amongst government leeches? Who said anything about a getting a free product? There are legitimate reasons to file a chargeback. Has happened to me and several people I know with NE. In my case 3rd party seller did not deliver product, and was non-responsive. Multiple calls and escalations with Newegg made it clear they were unwilling to help. Hence, I file chargeback, they responded by closing my account I spend thousands yearly with. Point is, you're not dealing with Amazon here, so know who you're buying from with expensive purchases.
