why thumbs down? I just bought one, lowest I've seen and this seems to be a very good dash cam.

never shopped on GearBest, used paypal just to be safe.

don't forget to choose Priority Direct Mail for free at the last step which promises 7~10 days delivery instead of the default 15~30 days.

EDIT: ok pay attention to this one, Language: Chinese only. I'm fine with it, and there are discussions online to update the firmware to get English on it.

Why should we take time to convert Chinese to English after the purchase? Pass.

Just ordered one from Banggood US warehouse, not sure why it's not getting any love. Was $60 shipped from China last month and people are finally receiving it.

Been looking for a dash cam but not sure if I should get this. Don't want to spend a lot of money but want something useful for the few times I may need it. Is this the right one to get?
Also, I have my car camera at the back of my mirror- I guess the usage is for lane departure, etc. (not sure on the usage part). Will the placement of this camera interfere with the car one. I know one can place this some other place on the windshield but needs to be high enough I suppose. Any discrete way of pulling up the charging cable and not having it hanging all the while one is driving? Any other uses of this camera besides monitoring in-vehicle? Will the battery leak or malfunction due to excessive heat in the summer?
