comparing with these two aux cable, which one is better?

Personally I do not prefer mess up with cords, so coiled or extended. But if the OP is good quality, why not?

I need the shorter versions (~6 inch) for phone to charger pack. Any deals on that?

I was thinking the same thing, even the no name Chinese knockoff at the dollar stores are $1 each , and thoes don't even last past the first day before they start acting up.

got these the last time they were up, and i've used one for running from a sound board to a computer. 5' is a good length for random tasks like that, and they seem to be at least as good and probably better quality than cheapos i've used over the years. the angled plugs are nice for some setups as well.

You can coil them yourself easily. Wrap them around a pencil and slowly heat it with a hair dryer. Once the cable is very pliable switch the dryer to cooling and cool it back down. Below 600F the internal metal is safe (and even higher if it is not lead containing copper), but the TPE will become formable closer to 150-200F. It shouldn't liquefy until 300F+ so the only real risk is burning yourself. You don't need or want to pull heavily on the cable while doing this either.

A six-inch version of an auxiliary cable? For a charger pack?
