Use Visa Checkout deal here (credit to kingkong00).

MFC8810DW [staples.com] ($199.99 - $25 VCO - $50 Rebate = $124.99)

MFCL2700DW [staples.com] ($129.99 - $25 VCO - $30 Rebate = $74.99)

DCP-L2540DW [staples.com] ($99.99 - $25 VCO - $20 Rebate = $54.99). You'll need a filler of more than 1 cent, so it's not exactly $54.99.

How are these deals? I'm looking for a laser all-in-one, preferably color, but not that important. This looks decent, but anyone have any opinions?

Looks like everyone has printers already from previous deals. A new DCP-L2540DW went FP at the end of May for $100, so $54.99 + filler for a refurb (1 yr warranty) doesn't seem that bad to me. As for the MFCL270DW it went FP in Jan for $110. I have the MFC8810DW and imo it's a steal at $124.99 (retail price is $300+ I believe).

Thanks. I got the L2540DW. Near 50% off for a refurb compared to the previous FP deals seems pretty solid

Don't have that particular model but have had 2 Canon printers in the past, both failed with different errors. Have since switched to Brother and they worked perfectly in the past year. Plus the toner is much cheaper.

They should all come with starter toner and not the regular amount. Replacement toner for the cheapest model here is the TN630 or TN660 (high yield). Generic TN660 is between $15-20 and the genuine is around $45-50.

Limit of 5 for the MFC8810DW, 10 for the MFCL2700DW, and 10 for the DCP-L2540DW according to the rebate forms. Each rebate must be submitted separately, so you if you bought two of the same model you would have to submit two rebates.

my company has 15 of the 8810DW deployed in the field. they're rock solid and brother support is actually not too bad to deal with.

I have been waiting for a deal on the Brother MFC-L2700DW for a while since I missed it a while back. I bought this at Staples last week with the VCO for $104.99 and am very happy with it. I wanted the fax capability that the 2540 doesn't have.

It prints well and toner is cheap. I just got 2 TN660 compatible toners on EBay for 14.99. You can get 4 of them for 25.99 if you need that many.

I didn't need a new printer or a fax machine, this will be my 4th printer at home, but the cost of the generic Brother toners is what makes the deal. The toner is easy to refill if you're into that, there is no chip to replace, just pour in the toner from the bottle. I don't want to mess with that since generic toner is $6.50-7.50 each on Ebay and I got it 3 days after I ordered it, free shipping!!! My two HP printers at home cost at least $30 per generic toner.

I got this from a recommendation of my brother and cousin who have brother printers.

Hope this helps.

BTW, Office Depot has this for $129.99 if you missed the Staples sale last week for the same price, but look for a deal like VCO to get it lower.

For me it shows that the $199.99 is after rebate amount. I added it to cart and it shows $249.99 in cart. Are you sure your listed MFC 8810DW calculation was correct?
