Issues with Invoke

Hi all!

I tried searching but the last post I found was for over a year ago

I did an Invoke 12 weeks ago and was told that I would receive payment 6-8 weeks. Nothing came so I emailed and was told they are delayed. I said okay.. waited and now it's been 12 weeks and I just got back an email saying that they are still delayed but would make sure I am paid for the session ( it was a focus group, 1 hour at home)

Anyone else have issues with them? Is this normal? I don't want to do anymore if this is what they are like with payment

Yes. I am having similar issues and had the same response that you got when I emailed. IIRC, there is another recent thread in here regarding a similar problem.

Having the same issue with them. I got an e-mail from them earlier this month.

Thanks for all your responses. I got that one and then this:

Thank you for your email. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some of our payments are being delayed.

Right now we don't know exactly when the payment will be sent, but we assure you that you will receive your reward for your participation.

I have always had issues with invoke. They will eventually pay. Probably within the next two weeks.
