Another user clued me in to a LeEco TV promo going on 7/21 - 7/28. Their 65" TV (Letv Max3-65 4K TV) for $699 and their 55" TV (Letv X3-55 Pro 4K TV) for $499. No shipping charges, but tax to some states (NJ & FL reported tax, CO & MN reported no tax).
http://www.lemall.com/us/campaigns/tv721.html

Basically a repeat of a previous popular deal:
http://slickdeals.net/f/8655254-letv-x3-55-pro-4k-tv-for-549-and-letv-max3-65-4k-tv-for-699?v=1&src=SiteSearch

I'd never heard of LeEco until another user mentioned them in thread for a Sony 65" but the comments in the above thread are pretty positive. And $700 for a 65" TV is pretty great.

You will need to use Google Translate on the LeMall website, its in Chinese.

I was very tempted too but now seeing other brands slightly more expensive makes me wonder if I want to take a risk on this TV..

how much is slightly more? are we talking $300 more for 65" equivalent? Can we buy squaretrade warranty for this? And this is also tax free I believe.

i'm going thru the motions of checking out and I see Tax, wtf? Blah that extra $48 dollars on tax bothers me. Last I checked people were able to buy this tax free.
For some odd reason, tax in NJ?

Here is my email confirmation. No tax in MN. I believe they have offices/warehouses in NJ and CA, so maybe tax in those states? If someone in CA can confirm they see tax, I'll update the original post.
