Some one said UA/Delta is better than Air China?

I am a Chinese, living in USA now. Every year, I fly to China 2 times to visit my grandparents. In the past 15 years, at least I finished 30 round-trip flights between China/HKG and USA. I used to fly with ANA/JAL/Asian Airlines/UA/AA/Delta/Eva/Air China/China Airlines/Hainan Airlines /China Southern Airlines/Cathay Pacific/Qatar Airways

The best one is ANA because 1)it is safe, 2) it has nice service and nice food and 3) the leg room of the economic class is 34" on its 777-300ER. The worst ones, unfortunately, are AA/UA. Delta is just a little bit better than these two.

ANA: everything is perfect. Their air planes used between NRT and USA are new. (Yes, I am a Chinese and ANA is a Jap. company)
Qatar Airways: Everything is good but the flight time is too long between Asia and USA.
Cathay Pacific: Everything is good except of its leg room space (a standard space of 32").
Eva: Everything is good except of that the seats are not very comfortable on their 777-300ER.
Air China: Relatively safe, food is not very good but above the average. It has a room to improve their service.
JAL/China Airlines (TW): both have a bad history of their safety. But if I have to choose one from these two, I will select JAL to fly with. However, the most beautiful cabin attendants I have ever seen were on the flights with China Airlines.
Hainan Airlines: it is OK. It is a very safe company too.
China Southern Airlines: Just average in everything.
Asian Airlines: Their service is good but 1)its planes of 777-200 are too old and 2)it had a fatal accident recently in SFO.
UA/AA/Delta: The food is bad on the flights between Asia and USA. The cabin attendants are as old as your grandma. Some of their planes can be older than your age. For examples, UA is still using their almost 30-year-old, 747-400s, between China and USA.

If you want to fly to Asia, choose ANA, Eva, Cathay Pacific. Also, Air China is not a bad choice and it is a well-known, safe air company in China.
read all the way to the end.
Look, I'd rather be alive than eating glorious economic cabin food.

China Airline used to be notorious for its safety. Yeah I know they've improved quite a lot, but it's definitely the last airline I would take.
"Between 1994 and 2002, China Airlines suffered four fatal accidents, three of which each resulted in more than 200 deaths. "

Meanwhile Air China has only one fatal accident to date for its 30-year operation.

Its been a few years, but I would concur. I'd try Aeroflot before going back to CAAC.
