Why so many "fake/counterfeit item" complaints in the reviews? Is this a product that is often counterfeited?

I don't know if this one is counterfeit but I did bought an their oil treatment on Amazon and it seem counterfeited. I have used Macadamia product for a long time and pretty familiar with their product but the one I got from Amazon looked different and the oil also feel very different. Ended up didn't use it at all because it made my hair super oily.

there is no actual real ingredient in here, it uses silicone to make hair shiny
