This has been sold out for a few days, but it looks like it's live now and available for both shipping and store pickup.

This is the lowest price GTX 1060 I've seen that's actually available in the last few days.

Also, still angry that this pretty much beats my 980 I bought last year for double the price...

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/pny-n.../5507806.p link for the lazy. OK price especially if you can pair it with the amex 25 off 250.

No SLI, such a shame and a huge missed opportunity.

Having the ability to do essentially 2x 980 in SLI would do pretty well in 4K.

No SLI is a bummer. 2 of these in SLI would be beastly for $500. This reminds me of the Celeron 300A's that people put on the Abit board and ran SMP for cheap back in the day.

This costs about as much as my 560 Ti did when it came out and is about 2x as fast (on paper) with lower power consumption.

I'm still using the 560, but maybe it's about time to upgrade. The price difference between the 1060 and 1070/80 is just too large, though.

just remember thats how technology is. theres always something better and faster for equal or less what you paid. Slickdeals should save you from being burned by tech lifecycle. But never ever do a slickdeals lemming herd impulse buy. that is how you will get burned every damn time!!!. I learned my lesson after the one minus one phone, Hyped nonsense that only made me lose money.

I remember when even lower end cards could do SLI. What the hell is Nvidia doing here?

Being smart! SLI would kill their upper end line for less $$

I bought a mid-high range 970 last year... would this make my 970 its bitch?

My idea is to buy the 1060 to replace the 970 for i7 6700k build, and take the 970 and put it in this box (that i use everyday) which is an i7 3770k... and has a gtx 570.

I stopped keeping up with graphics card when they became stupid expensive.

Thanks for anyone's input!
