Google them. There's a lawsuit against Wen, as their products make hair fall out.

I changed shipments to every 20 weeks and will cancel after I receive first shipment. Any advice on the cancel? "I'm moving to Asia for at least 10 years" usually cuts it with most.

200 people in the lawsuit vs millions who have not had that experience, sounds like they were allergic to specific ingredients or had an underlying health issue causing the hair loss regardless of what product they used. If your hair starts falling out, stop using it and go back to regular shampoo, some people are just stupid and will keep using a product they obviously are allergic to so they can proceed with legal action/cash in.

For folks that did this offer, did you have to wait the full 14 days for points to post? I've seen SB post points much quicker than that, so I'm curious what sort of timeframe this one really takes.

Thanks so much!
Did you (or anyone else) happen to notice in the interim if there was any way to see if the points were pending? I purchased on 8/31, but don't see any indication of that on my account. Slightly nervous on this one...had a horribly weird snafu on an Audible offer where I clicked through SB but somehow got MyPoints instead (same company, but still, how on earth does that even happen?). As soon as I completed this wen offer, it disappeared from my SB page, so I'm hoping that's a good sign this one didn't go sideways on me too, but I'm still a little worried since I don't see it pending anywhere.

Nowhere could I see it pending.

It was actually "more than 21,000 complaints" received by Gunthy Renker/WEN that weren't reported (because they don't have to). The amount in the lawsuit is a tiny fraction of the number affected. The FDA says this is a record-setting number of complaints, by a large margin.

GR themselves say "WEN is used by hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers", which is NOT the "millions" you assumed. If you assume that means a middle of the road 500,000, that's a pretty large number of customers affected with hair loss, burning, etc.

Definitely a big deal, and a very questionable product.
