Good deal for a torx/bit set and an extension. I've had to warranty too many of the ratchet wrenches to think of them as anything but garbage though.

Lucky you. I tried to warranty something last week for the first time and they informed me of their new policy. I will NEVER buy Craftsman again. I'll sooner go to Harbor Freight and take my chances with their stuff

Curious to know the new policy as well. Literally just had to warranty replace a screwdriver and it was a 3 minute affair. Of course if your item was an Evolv item then yes, you need to provide a receipt which has always been the case.

This came in handy when i had to take out seat belt bolts with t47 socket. Cheapest i have seen this by about $3. I got it over a year ago from front page when it was 30. Was 27 like 4 months ago

haven't had an issue warranting broken ratchets and yes they are all garbage now. don't last more than a month at work. they've replaced them no questions asked though
