That sounds really cheap. I do have a Fry's near me, but I'm on a T-Mobile MVNO

Would someone who has tried both care to comment how this stacks up against the Honor 5X, with the exception of the aluminum body and fingerprint? Thanks

Thing is though, I dislike white OR bamboo

Given that it's within the same generation as a Samsung GS3, don't expect much

Yeah, I guess it is that old. I like the Motorolas in that they have curved backs. I wish other makers would copy that style. Motorola is a nightmare to deal with if you need a warranty replacement. Voice of experience (a few times).

This is a good deal. The Moto X is still a really good phone, it's my daily-driver. That said, it's 16GB of space, with no Micro SD external expansion. It makes it very hard to use the phone (again, this is the phone I have). If you don't plan on installing much, and don't want to take any amount of video other than for temporary little clips, it's a great phone; otherwise, you might want to look for something with more storage.

no finger print sensor.... but this is the best phonebive ever owned. I've moved on since but if you need a solid snappy pure android no bloat experience, this is a great phone. consider the new g4 though.

I use my Gen 1 Moto X still on T_Mobile MNVO and it is excellent. Every iphone 6 owner I know always gets pissed when my google now works every time from 6ft away. (I know the things it does well so I avoid fails)

That said, very old no micro sd to add storage (mine is 32gb) The 2nd Gen Moto X isn't much better in my mind. Moto G4 is decent but too large.

Take a look at the amazon Blu R1 HD and choose the 16gb storage one that also has 2gb of ram for $60 with amazon prime ads. (you can just sign up for prime trial to order)
It has micro sd, decent 5 inch screen, dual sim even. The Honor 5X is good too, but heck $60 who cares about lockscreen ad and no fingerprint. It already has Marshmallow, hopefully N in 6months.

The Honor 5X is starting to get Marshmallow. But it's being distributed very slowly for some reason. I haven't gotten it yet, but I could go on their site and get it. If another 2 weeks go by and I don't get it OTA, I'll do it that way
