One scary note on this eBay page is this scary and unwelcome line:
"30 days money back or replacement, buyer pays return shipping, 10% restocking fee may apply"
This is one reason not to buy this laptop from this merchant as it has horrible return policy.
No thank you, I will wait for a better deal and a much better merchant.

Do they make a non touch that charges via usb-c? Non touch gets better battery life right?

Actually it's a standard return policy, especially if you are familiar with selling on Ebay. First, the 10% restocking fee would not apply unless you are returning it opened due to buyer's remorse. If it's defective in any way, it's not going to apply. If you sell computers on Ebay, you are pretty much always going to have that restocking fee in there due to Ebay's automated return system. There's no way to charge a restocking fee with Ebay for ANY reason unless it's in the return policy.

Did you know Amazon's official return policy on computers is that a 15% restocking fee is charged for opened computers that are non-defective? Same with just about all large merchants (Best Buy, etc). Now granted they rarely enforce it, but it's still there to protect themselves.

non touch version is 1080p screen. So it will definitely improve battery life.

No. RAM is sorted. You can't upgrade RAM later.

got this from the last deal, but returning it due to a defective loose trackpad. Way to go Dell

More and more, I'm realizing that 1080pm is what I like on a notebook computer regardless of screen size (in fact, it might be overkill on 11" screens).
You'll get better battery and gauranteed proper scaling.

agreed. QHD is not ready for a laptop (especially <15 inch screens)

You probably meant to type soldered, but I'm glad you mentioned it. Most of us are used to buying a lower spec and upgrading RAM and/or Hard Drive ourselves.

100% agree with the above, 1080p is perfect on a 13.3" for Windows scaling and battery life.

There are some who question the value of 4k on smaller TVs!
