I saw them in the warehouse, but viewing angle is only 113 degrees...

I have one. It suffers from the fact that it won't overwrite the SD card when the card gets full. I've followed several different sets of internet directions to enable this "feature" (necessity), and none work. So when the card fills up, I reformat the card. An annoyance.

It sounds like you either have loop recording disabled or the g sensor is filling up the card with files that can only be removed by manually deleting or formatting the card. Maybe turn g sensor off.
