Global Test Market issuing BAD CHECKS/FRAUDULENT?

I recently received 2 checks from GTM for $50 each as I cashed in 2400 points ( 1200 = $50). I was just notified by my bank today both checks are bad/fraudulent and are considered FROZEN ( per the banks terminology). I was charged a $10 fee for depositing bad checks.

Has anyone else had this happen? I don't see a phone number on the GTM site for me to call. I spent alot of time to get the 2400 points and I am ripping mad

i have never had an issue with their checks, i get them a lot and =never a problem.

I have never had a problem previously either and have been getting the $50 checks on a regular basis for quite a while. The situation was very odd and I just didn't know if this happened to anyone else or what to make of it. The checks appeared to look the same as the ones I had received before and arrived a few weeks after I submitted the order with my points.

No ProblemWink Light speed is also the parent Company of mysurvey too.
You should be able to talk somebody and find out what happen.
Nevertheless give us a heads up on how you made out, It may help others facing with the same dilemma.

Called the phone number above and receptionist refused to transfer me to anyone unless I had a name or specific extension of someone. I explained the problem to her regarding checks from GTM my bank refused and she just kept repeating that she cant help me. I sent an email to GTM asking for Amazon points to replace the bad checks and only received a canned/auto reply about how to request e certificates

Mine goes to paypal-so I never had a problem with getting $50 or higher into my paypal account and then requesting a check from paypal

Received an email from GTM they have sent the issue to their "check department" and will keep me notified when they have an answer. I most certainly will not be requesting payment by check ever again that is for sure. Still no reimbursement for the 2 bad checks or the bank fee I was charged
