I was wondering about free Spanish newspapers which carry regular coupon inserts and after searching many other public forums, I got information about few newspapers which carry regular coupon inserts.

Compiled list : http://www.echo-media.com/targetc...HispanicNP

I am going to create wiki and will add list there.

In addition to list of these newspapers, Wiki is updated with link of free subscriptions for these newspapers. Thanks Smythecvs123 and all other users who are contributing in this thread.

It's work in progress and if any user is willing to share information about more free Spanish newspapers which carry coupons and their free home subscriptions , please post in the thread and update the wiki.

El Comercio in Maryland, Washington D.C. Newspaper is a free Hispanic weekly publication that is distributed every Friday. Sometime many valuable coupons are included in this newspaper.

Hoy in Chicago. Can be added to Sunday Chicago Tribune delivery free of charge. I find these well stocked outside of Walmarts in the suburbs.
You can ask them to add Hoy :https://subscribe.chicagotribune....ctinfo.htm

La Voz in Houston is a weekly put out on Thrusdays. I've only ever found a STOCKED machine downtown. There is a machine for these around the corner from my house on W 43rd, but I don't think it is ever filled. It is the same color as the Chronicle machines except it has the yellow, orange, and red "La Voz" graphic on the street side of the machine.

La Voz, Phoenix, Arizona, distributed every Wednesday and Saturday carries Smart source and RP inserts.
http://www.azcentral.com/lavoz/
In addition to being the only Spanish paper in Arizona with home delivery, it's distribution partners include: Fry's Foods, Circle K convenience stores, Food City and strategic rack locations throughout the valley.

La Vibra in Houston
is another weekly, but I don't know the publication date. This one is more hit or miss. Like La Voz, I only ever find that one downtown. Both La Voz and La Vibra are put out by the Houston Chronicle.

Miami El popular carry free Redplum Inserts. It is distributed every other Wednesday throughout the cities of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. http://www.elpopular.com/

Prensa Hispana, Phoenix, AZ distributed every Wednesday in the racks carries RP and P&G.

The Que Pasa, Charlotte, NC distributed every Thursday in the racks and carry RP insert.

Semana in Houston
is also a weekly, but I'm not sure what day it is put out. Its machines are yellow with blue text, and I have seen them all over within the city limits of Houston.

Vida En El Valle, California is a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) newspaper that is distributed every Wednesday to central Valley area homes and news racks.. It carries RP insert.

Thanks - I am a few miles from Dunwoody and I never knew. Which CVS was it? Across from DD or by the old Ace?

Confused Umm, yes I know. But, as I stated in my post, the thread was too old to post in. Maybe the mods will reactivate it and move this into it.

I'm glad to see this thread, I just started hearing that there are free newspapers with inserts in them. I'm trying to figure out which ones there are in the DC area, not just Spanish too. I want to figure out which one is the best, I noticed on the sides of the coupon inserts there are dates and also seem to be a list of which papers that type of insert is in (since some areas get different coupons).

The conexion in San Antonio carries the SS insert from the previous weeken. But I havent seen it free-I have seen it for sale for 25 cents, usually in the do-it-yourself newspaper machines.

while the El Nuevo Herald in Miami does have inserts -- the paper is not free and the inserts usually have significantly fewer coupons in them -- so it's usually not worthwhile to buy the El Nuevo Herald.

WHERE ARE YOU? If you only post "I WENT TO MY LOCAL STORE and..." and you do not indicate the city/location of that store and your location is not in your profile so that it displays under your screen name, your post IS NOT HELPFUL at all. SO, PLEASE IDENTIFY YOUR LOCATION! Or take your post off to the appropriate blog. Thank You.

Does anyone know where in Maryland this paper is distributed?

El Comercio in Maryland

I travel to Ocean City several times a year, and pass through areas that have plenty of Spanish speaking residents. nod

I thought that the newspapers had no coupons in them. However, one day I went there to get some and saw a guy standing there and pulling all the coupons out of the papers and putting the papers back.I asked him what he was doing and he said that they sell the coupons on ebay.
