This has non-stick right? instant pot cookers have stainless steel. If you're going to buy only once and will use for many years, I really recommend steel over non-stick.

Yep. Burnt through 3 non stick cookers in 5 years and have been really happy with the steel one I have now. It really looks like it will outlive those nonstick ones. Being Asian, I use these everyday.

This Walmart deal is fantastic. I purchased one of these last year from Kmart for about $20 after coupons and points and I'd pay $50 for another one in a heartbeat now that I've used it. It's honestly one of the easiest ways to cook dinner that I've ever encountered. If you want ridiculously tender meats, this will be your new best friend. It's great for soups, stews, and any kind of roast you like to eat. It's also fantastic for cooking beans. I use mine at least three times a week. It's made cooking a breeze.

I'm reading reviews on Amazon and Walmart where they are saying the food sticks to the bottom and burns? and also something about the lid design being poor. Did you find any of that to be true? I'm trying to figure if I should get this one b/c it's cheap or wait until the higher rated ones go on sale.

I have the Instant Pot. And despite initial hiccups regarding the proportions and timing, I can now make the fluffiest rice I've had in about 15 min total. Good when reheated later too. The steel vessel inside may need to be scrubbed as the starch sometimes sticks. But its been great so far.
