Doesn't look like it:

Only has a single SO-DIMM slot, low voltage. About $30 to buy an 8GB RAM stick. Also it only has 2 SATA ports, one 3 Gbps for the optical drive and a 6 Gbps for the HDD. The HDD cage can fit either one 3.5" drive or two 2.5" drives, just in case you were wondering about adding an SSD drive.

this looks like a good deal, I wonder if it can run two monitors at the same time, one with VGA and one with HDMI.

10bit is not hardware supported by skylake, and an i3 most likely won't process it with software. however 8 bit 4k is more than enough for the foreseeable future. also keep in mind your question is in regards to 4k only ATM because 1080 is more than easily processed with software by these newer chips and because there is no point in 10bit hevc encoding a 1080 stream. done ideally it will be under 2GB and poorly under 4GB. 4k on the other hand is greater in file size not by a multiple of 4 but an exponential factor of 4, causing extreme CPU loads with software decode at 10bit - so.....

if you really want to future proof then wait for a hardware decide 10 bit CPU to come out but...

by that time you'll already be in the future 👍

if it has both video ports (or more than 2 ports) - skylake will drive at least 3 displays without a dedicated GPU.

Is DPA the revolving line of credit that requires credit check like a CC? So it looks like you get double the rewards too with DPA?
