There was a company involved with a suit about damaging the environment. Total damages were like 4 million awarded to like 8k people, of course the law firm got to take 2.2 million off the top before it the 1.8 was handed out.

Well, got mine through Amazon. Excited to get some more money back on it, I think I also wound up selling Steam keys it came with for a decent amount as well as getting a partial refund from Amazon for the 3.5GB debacle.
