Adorama, via eBay, is offering ASUS M11AD-B14 Essentio Desktop with Core i5-4460S 2.9GHz Quad Core CPU, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Ram, 1TB 7200 RPM HDD, WiFi AC, DVD-RW, USB Keyboard & Mouse Combo, Windows 8.1 64 Bit @ $399.99 with free shipping.
Only thing is that probably you will miss the free Windows 10 Upgrade. But it would be better to check with the Seller before making the purchase as they probably can provide a Win10 license with the computer.

Nothing special about this deal. i5-based PCs are constantly in this price range now. You can get a newer gen Skylake at this price, and this one isn't even a full-power CPU.

Yea unfortunately that's a Dell, so no surprise... if you don't already know from past posts, I'm sure there are many who can tell you why they would gladly pay an extra $100 to stay away from them.
