This does not seem right to me and they just take my phone, change it and say sign here, we made it better. For what, their sales quota?
Not liking the closest tmobile store. They treat me like I don't know a thing. When it was a brand new non tmobile phone and service I had questions about.
So my question is: How can I maximize my payment as they keep sending me emails saying it's ok to use third party apps to pay and the place I was using was for prepaid only
