so a serving size, 5g of creatine, is 4 tablets. That means that the whole container of 120 tablets is a 30 day supply. Buying powder in bulk is magnitudes cheaper. This bottle is 150 grams for $15. You can buy 150 grams of Optimum Nutrition creatine for $6 on amazon (uncapped) and magnitudes cheaper in higher quantities

This a better and more efficiently Creatine. This is Creatine Hydrochloride, is a cutting-edge solution that tops ordinary creatine monohydrate. In fact, it's proven to get into your muscles and improve strength more efficiently according to new studies. Basically The Power of 5g of regular Creatine in 2 Tablets.

A serving of 5g of regular Creatine is only 2 tables. This container should last 60 days.

gotcha. only thing I am worried about now is it seems there are quite a few people who claim they don't digest these at all, ie, in one end out the other, if you catch my drift.

It works way better. I only take 2 pills. One in the morning and one at diner time. With this new Creatine you only need 2 pills per day to get the same power of 5g

I have been taking this for about 4 months. No problem at all. I had problem before with the regular Creatine. Too many pills or too much of the powder was making me sick.
