This seems like a good deal - but just an FYI - regarding supplements -- if you do take them -take everything in moderation, don't believe all the hype - this popped up the other day -- pretty scary stuff--

This is a good deal but this is an overrated supplement I think.

To state the obvious, this is green tea extract. The fat loss help has been found to be very minor.

1) If you plan on trying this for fat loss, Id recommend spending the money of caffeine pills or an actual fat burner like yohimbe.

2) Antioxidant supplements are another thing way overhyped. The research on antioxidants is very inconclusive. While this would be good to take for the polyphenols, you'd be better off spending the money on actual vegetables since they have much more than just polyphenols.

Rule I would recommend following with supplements: Be very cautious. 99% are snake oil. examine.com is a great source of information for looking into whether they are worth it.

Any reason not to pay $1.50 more to get 16oz compared to 4oz? The reviews seem favorable and not fake due to a cheap/free product.
