In for one, by way of solidarity with the IGBT community. They cry and bleed just like everyone else.

I've got 2 induction burners. I wouldn't want this one as it only has 12 different heat settings. The good ones detect the temperature of the cooking vessel and will have settings for either 10 or 5 degree increments.

How many settings would you recommend?

Thanks OP, got one. No reviews anywhere including on Amazon but will try it out anyway. Cost about $20 less than all other single burner induction models currently so not a bad deal especially with 2 year warranty. If you have All Clad cookware than it will work with any induction device.

LOL

I imagine you know this, but, for those who don't:

IGBT = "insulated-gate bipolar transistor"
