yea, the R-14M bookshelves ive seen as low as 100 for the pair, but these surrounds i havent seen this low in a while. they are usually 230-280 for the pair.

I bought them. Just got a deal on two r-14m for 99 bucks and figured since I already bought klipsch why not pair these with those in building a home theater system.

For those in the know, would my best bet be to put the r-14ms as my left and right front and have these be the two rear surrounds? The speakers will be in a smallish sized room.

I had to enter in my ZIP code, just below the add to cart button.

Yes, the r-14s would probably not work well as front speakers

Tried that but still didn't work. Kept getting an error. Wound up just swinging by on my way home from work and picked up a pair. They still had 2 sets in sealed boxes.

Now I can finish my HT 7.1 setup! I've been waiting for a good deal on a pair.

RF-62 II fronts
RC-62 II center
RP-240S rear surrounds
R12SW sub
R-14S center surrounds
Denon 889 receiver (for now, although still sounds great)
Epson PowerLite 8350

How well would these work in a corner? I'm looking at putting the Klipsch Gallery G-28 around the screen for left, center, and right. However, I have to mount something up high in the rear corners of the room for surround. Alternatively, could I mount them flush against the back wall and still have them work well? Thanks in advance.
