Some people just can't cope with multivitamin, also depends on the brand. I used to take similar multivitamin from Costco (Kirkland brand) and that sometimes upset my stomach. I've been taking this for several weeks now and no problem whatsoever

Iron and zinc are known to cause stomach irritation. Especially if taken with out food. But different varieties can be better.
