D7300 isn't out yet.. latest is the D7200

All three are 'good' options, but it really depends on what you're looking to do.

Canon has arguably the most robust lens lineup and end users, Nikon has better sensors (improved DR) and a solid lens selection, Pentax has better weather sealing, handling, and in-body image stabilization.

If going the Pentax route, skip the K-3 and look at the K-3II. It has GPS, a built in Astrotracer, and a super resolution mode (for still objects). It also supports the latest KAF4 lens mount (electronic aperture) while the K-3 (non II) does not.

If you do a lot of sports/action, I'd go with either the Canon or the Nikon.

If you are more an outdoorsy/landscape/on a tight budget guy I'd probably go with the Pentax.

If you are more into video or portraiture I'd likely go with Canon.

Once you buy a body, you are buying into a camera system. It will become more costly to switch as the more lenses and accessories you buy, so chose wisely.
