Flood and spot? LOL. That means not wide angle enough and not focus enough.

FYI various Philips led single bulbs are $.97. I just replaced all my BR30 in 65w for $.97 each. I went to 3 different Home Depots and they were all the same price

Yea I had to go to 3 different stores to get enough bulbs. Candleabra bulbs were between $1 - $2 too. I did my entire house for less than $75

is there a smart lightbulb with built-in Bluetooth connection and no extra set up where I can simply turn it on or off using an app on my phone?

Thanks OP for the SD. Had purchased one of the Ecosmart LED PAR30 to test a few months ago. Wife likes the wamer color of the 3000K. So this saved me about $21 on 7 bulbs.

you want to only be able to turn on/off lights with limited distance and reliability of BT from your phone? whats the point of that? you'll barely be able to control the lights from a different from, much less outside the house...

if you don't want a hub, for whatever reason... you can always go with WeMo, but a Link or Wink setup is probably the better option for you.

Yes and you can usually change the colors. Usually they're A19 style - meaning not a flood light like this but a normal stereotypical shaped bulb that goes in a lamp. They're about $30 on amazon just search "Bluetooth light bulb."
