Typical TF specs. Anytime you can get a 4.5"+ phone with minutes+ 1yr for under $100 I'd consider that a good deal, all things considered.

Seems good, can't really find any reviews.

This has probably been asked and answered elsewhere, but can the airtime be applied to an existing phone? My phone just died, but I still have almost 7 months until my service end date. However, my wife's account ends this month. So, I need the new phone, and she needs the year of service. Is that possible?

I can't say 100% for a fact, but I believe in previous deals such as this one the mins etc. was tied to the particular phone. In other words you didn't get a separate card with code that could be applied to any phone.
Again, not sure on this one.

Solid deal here though.

ETA: found this in the product description
Promotional minutes are not transferable and are only guaranteed on the handset included in the order

In 2014 an article announced no transfer of minutes from existing phone to new phone. However, a few months ago a person on slickdeals said you could put your existing minutes on the new phone (from HSN) on activation and add the new time card afterward. Then you could transfer all of this back to the old phone (if you wanted it on the old phone). I thought the post on slickdeals was for an HSN tracfone. Here is the latest fromhoward forums [howardforums.com]. You may want to do some more google searches to confirm. Good luck.

I was able to transfer minutes from old phone to new phone and topped up with 1 yr card but i remember it was some hassle and 2 days of no-service and multiple calls with tracfone cust executive. Not sure i can do it now or not

TracFone getting the bottom of the barrel handsets, last good deal was on the ZTE zmax2 which has 16gb Mem(11 usable) and 2gb ram.. most others are 8gb and 1gb ram.. which at most are worth $20 for just the phone(and often on clearance for as low as $5) Time for the 16gb phones to be the bottom spec

Looks like a solid deal, just in time for last year's tracfone service and minutes to expire.

The last deal I got on the lg sunset, I was able to just take the sim card and use it on another phone. Minutes were attached to the sim card, but YMMV.

My mom just got her LG Sunset (aka L33L) smartphone for TracFone from HSN.

I love how it doesn't come with the tons of useless apps that clogs up memory and cannot be uninstalled.

My LG from Virgin Mobile is a pain in the butt. It is virtually useless. I can only install 3 apps. Argh.

My guess is if they're trying to hide it, it's 960x540. It's an awful lot like the Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 3 (5.5) LTE, but there are differences like the speaker grill being on the opposite side. The Pixi 3 (5.5) LTE does have a 1280x720 screen, but the non-LTE version has 960x540, so they could easily have swapped in the cheaper screen for this edition (OneTouch Pixi Glory LTE)

my last one was lg ultimate 2, so been there.. zmax2 is a reasonable upgrade from that. hopefully lg will have an upgraded phone to compete by the middle of next year
