I was wondering if this was a product before your post. Now I shall wonder no more! Thank you. Grabbed one decisive as well.
isn't

this stuff is golden on GM fuel sending units made before roughly 2005 that scale over from higher sulfur fuels

i have an 02 z06 and whenever the gas gauge starts acting up 40-60oz of this in half a tank, let it sit a few days, drive 40-50 miles, fill up again and you're good for another year or two
Aren't these in Walmart for $4-5??

I grabbed it when it came last time around a few months ago. Significant improvement to the performance. Mileage also improved.
This is a very good product. Bought 4 this time for 18. Thanks.

Of all the fuel system cleaners this one is legit. BG44K is good as well but i'm not sure its worth the premium.

I use this every now and again in my Saturn. There is a noticeable improvement in how the Saturn runs, especially if I go a long time without using. Thanks OP.

You have to be careful when reading the labeling, the active ingredient concentration varies per retailer version/label.

If it IS Snake Oil, it's a good deal for $9. Snakes don't produce much of it in a lifetime.

What's the difference between this one and the fuel injector from costco? Is it the same thing just labeled differently or does this really clean out the entire system? I'm skeptical

The Costco version is a highly diluted version of this product, and is basically worthless.

I bought both, when Costco had the 6pack for $13.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I see that the Autozone uses synthetic components and is recommended every 3000 miles,
whereas Costco just uses Chevron additives and recommended every 1000 miles

Auto Zone is selling fuel system cleaner. Costco's is fuel injector cleaner.

No - that is a more diluted product that does not work nearly as well.

The "full strength" Techron is the only fuel system cleaner that actually works and the only one recommended by most auto makers.

BTW, carefully follow the directions - you don't want to leave this in the tank more than a few days, it can eat away seals and other components if left in the fuel system for too long. I typically add this before a long trip, so I use it up and refill within a day or so.
