I have been looking for a while for a cable that does true 10GB/s with usb-c on one end and type b for other for my hd docking.

This one maxes out my ssd at over 520MB/s read and write. Most of these are either usb 2.0 or 3.0 power but this one is the good one

Terrible experience with gear best. I never received my order or even tracking information.and when I complained they told me all they can do is give me points to their site which weren't even close to the value of my order. Should have researched before throwing my money away!

PM'd but just so others know:

I was apparently disqualified from a refund because in my conversation with the customer service representative, I gave a different phone number compared to the one on my purchase order. She claimed that this violated the terms and conditions which is pretty ridiculous in the first place. Either way, there is nowhere in the single page long t & c that mentions anything close to resembling this claim.

Never experienced such an infuriating customer service interaction in my life.

Did public shaming work? Were they able to resolve your problem?

I've order 5 things from them. First thing was a gift and after 2 months - NO email or ship got a CS ticket, prompt response and email - they did refund money. Gave 2nd shot and since then I've been fortunate.
