I give a strong thumbs down on this. I ate one with spaghetti sauce and that night I had severe cramping. It was so bad I called the hospital for advice. They must have tangled somehow in my intestines. In my opinion, and note that this is my opinion, this is a dangerous product.

They must have tangled in your intestines? Do you chew your food? Have you ever taken a biology class?

Yes. Of course I chew my food. Maybe they did not tangle, but I had severe distress that night. Any other stupid questions?

I prefer Nasoya brand of soy noodles. We had "House" brand last night and I didn't care for them. BTW, for those new to soy-based noodles you need to rinse them a LOT. I also take an extra step after rinsing well and throwing them in a pot of boiling water. Gets rid of the odor of the water they are packed in.
