We all go through this learning cycle. So here are my suggestions....

The trick is to add flavors along the way -

A small scoop of Nuts - Crushed Walnuts, peanuts, pecans, almonds, pistachios (pick and chose)

A 1/2 tea spoon of - cinnamon, nutmeg, clove (pick and choose)

A scoop of natural sweetener - brown sugar, coconut sugar, regular confectionery sugar (pick and choose)

A scoop of dried fruits - raisins, craisins, chopped dates, dried pomegranate seeds list goes on (pick and choose)

A scoop of fresh fruits - chopped bananas, strawberries, black berries, cherries, the list goes on (pick and choose)

A scoop of yogurt - plain or flavored or Greek (pick and choose)

Mix and match - the possibilities are truly endless. Try them all.

I lost my trust in this brand 5 years ago. And I am glad I didnt go near their products since then.
Just to continue the discussion of how pathetic Kashi brand really is - checkout the latest product recalls.

This is a worthless untrustworthy brand, people still buying it just amazes me. Ignorance is truly astonishing.

Stay away from Kashi Brands, especially Kashi Cereal - nothing 'natural' about them.

Just stay away - eat oatmeal, live long and prosper.

If you can find them for cheaper than this deal - I'd like to know.

Krogers has them on sale occasionally and $2.50/box seems to be the cheapest sale price locally.

EDIT: nevermind I can see why you said that now. Price for the Indigo Morning cereal is $3.39. Definitely so-so. I was thinking of the Cinnamon Harvest ones that i see my local Kroger grocery store. The single pack variety is not part of this Amazon sale.

What utter bullsh*t is this? Nothing natural?? Have you even looked at the list of ingredients or are you here to spew your nonsense just for kicks?

Seriously the amount of FUD & made up stories on this site is crazy high.

You should give the "Cinnamon Harvest" ones a try. It's got cane sugar to give it just a hint of sweetness.... makes a nice combo with the cinnamon flavor.

Nothing special really, the original kashi go lean is the only kind worth touching for fiber/protein. Otherwise just eat any cereal.

I mean your probably not wrong that oatmeal is a healthier choice. But God eating plain oatmeal every day is straight torture.

During a bodybuilding bulk cycle I ate a couple servings of plain old fashioned oatmeal every single morning and straight up dreaded every morning when I had to force myself to eat that.
