Lots of bad experiences with this company. They can't even pay enough to stay accredited with BBB. If you find a deal and are lucky enough to get a card with an actual balance on it, use it quick before it's gone! They have one of the poorest guarantees in the industry (only 45 days I believe), and customer service is horrible to deal with.

Hrm- when did you deal with their CS last? I had to a few weeks ago (not because of a balance issue, but I had ordered a card that was for in-store only when I was going to use online). They were very prompt answering emails (moreso than stated on their page)- and sometimes replied to up to 2 a day. I also got my refund. Hopefully this is an improvement from what you experienced Frown

Looks like there are trolls from other card resellers who are TCing cardcash deals...

Several weeks ago was the last time. No response, so I just disputed with CC company and got my money back.

Also about 2 weeks prior to that they cancelled two of my orders without any explanation, and never responded to that either!

Bought 3 cards in the past from cardcash. One was already used. Disputed and refunded. Never again.

Red Lobster $50 card is Dead on Arrival. Will be contacting their Customer Support. While they tend to resolve the issue in 3-5 business days, that means I won't have any savings tonight when I go, as has happened previously. And then of course the next time I go to purchase one, it won't have the coupon savings.

This will be the 5th or 6th time I've had issues with dead/drained cards. All resolved of course, but still quite annoying.

Have purchased around 20 gift cards over the last couple years. Only a couple duds, one of which I noticed on like the 44th day (it carried a balance when I received it). I've never had a problem getting a refund for those duds, and 95% of the time there's no issue. Def better to get e-card versions so you can use them right on the spot
