Anyone have any experience with them? I was participating in a discussion board with them, it was supposed to run 2 weeks. However, when I tried to login this past Monday for my new questions for the week I wasn't able to login. So I emailed the moderator, who told me that she had to shut down the platform early. And that she would email me the questions. I have never heard anything more from her. I also emailed the guy at ROI Rocket that originally set me up with the study, and no reply from him either. Mad

I have done a few projects with them and they went smoothly. I know there is a phone number somewhere here on SD perhaps try calling?

Keep sending e-mail. I don't know if you kept contact info while doing the screener since ROI usually comes through another company. For example, Clear Voice previously used itracks a lot and they always had an e-mail and phone to call. If there is ever contact info during screener, keep it in the event you are chosen and have a problem like this. I have also taken to taking screen shots of bulletin boards each day I complete one to prove I completed. This came in handy one. It might sound like over.kill but I want to be paid for my work.
I looked through my e-mail and found a couple of address to ROI.rocket:

Also, I would include the project name, dates you completed and the moderator's name. Forward the original "congratulations" e-mail with your log in info to the addresses above and state your problem. Send a copy to yourself also. Also what the moderator stated about e-mailing the questions.

I totally agree with you, scrappy02. Better to be safe than sorry. I always make sure to jot down contact information as you never know if there may be a technical difficulty or something. I had been recruited for a project at the end of last week and was told I would be receiving the login instructions by Tuesday the latest. When Tuesday came and went, it is a good thing I had the recruiters contact info as I called her up and she was able to follow up with the client running the project right away. I received the login instructions about an hour later.

You got Great input. ROI Rocket seems to be running so many BB's/ project studies thru Clearvoice, USATalkNow & ProductReportCard for the last year or two now so you really have to take screenshots and names/numbers with them.
I had to call and email Adam before on a really bad study issue for everyone in that BB... he was really helpful but admitted they had internal staffing & miscommunication issues that were impacting studies this year.
Vicki at 303-895-3598 is another name/ # I have and Tim Wilson <twilson@roirocketcorp.com> is another name/email.
Id start CALLING All of them if they still aren't replying to your emails.

I was going to post this earlier for Iced-Coffee but the site is wacky and continues to error out. In any event, when one does these for a while, you catch on. After being screwed once, years ago, I keep everything until I receive payment. Sounds like you and Iced-Coffee have been around for a while also.

Well I emailed Adam for the 3rd time this afternoon and still no reply :mad I also cc Helen and Amy (suggested by Scrappy02), but apparently they no longer work there, because their emails bounced.
Imjustme thanks for the info I'm going to email Tim Wilson this evening. If I have no response from Adam or Tim by Monday morning I will be calling them!!

ROI screwed up on a study and a pt they recruited me for this year. That Vickie is one of the Rudest people Ive ever had to talk with too! They screwed up that study and pt I did thru them so bad and made me have to spend more time and Fight to get my login and f/u surveys and finally get paid for the study but they never paid me for the pt and blamed the client. I will NEVER do anything for ROI again! I don't trust them and I log off when taking a screener and I see its from ROI Rocket.

Thank you again Scrappy02 for your input. They better pay me for the entire project ($150). I fully completed the first week, not my problem the moderator shut down the platform before the 2nd week started!!
Sdn2015 thank you too for your help with this matter. I am going to email these managers as well. If no replies at all from anyone, they will be getting a phone call from me Monday!

Wink Ive not been 'around' as long as various others here, but long enough to remember when Adam worked with QualVu and he was their most professional and nicest project manager for quite a few studies at that time. When I ran into problems with ROI Rocket, I was surprised that Adam was working with them as their Director of Business Development. I'm not sure he is the appropriate person to ask for help on issues with them now, yet worth a try.
The unfortunate thing about most of these paid marketing research studies now is these companies and their employees don't always care to provide quality information, customer service or swift payments to paid participants. I find it's crucial to keep your own records, documentation, names and numbers of everyone along the way, now more than ever. Everyone has the right to stand up for themselves and do everything they can to contact these companies if they have missing compensation or questions that aren't being answered.
