Granted, the Skylake m series cpu will not work for some but you can get some nice configs for the around 550. These units come with Dells 3 year onsite warranty and get some nice reviews:

These are essentially the business version of the xps 13 but with a core M cpu. They also have 2 thunderbolt 3 ports. You might want to look for a m7 CPU with the larger 4 cell battery.

OP, I'm not able to see m7 anymore for that price as it's $629 after the $500 off for me! But definitely a nice find!

Yes - the upgrade is easy. Performance will not be noticeable between the 2 cpus. If you want the larger 4 cell battery though you will need to search the systems with the m7 cpu. Not all m7 cpus have the larger battery....

I was able to get a m5 cpu 8gb ram 256 pcie model with the bigger 43whr battery for $620 after tax. Pretty good deal in my opinion. I'm kinda disappointed by the battery life according to some of the reviews, seems worse than the xps 13 models even though this has the m series cpu. I think it's the 3 year warranty that really makes this a great deal, possibly 4 years depending on the credit card.

That site is incorrect:

Thanks for this. I went with the larger battery and 16gb ram since it's soldered. I didn't see that mentioned.

Both batteries are 4 cell. Its the capacity that is different. One is a 34 Whr while the other is 43Whr.

There were 6 pages of different configurations when I bought mine. The base laptops seem to be separated out by processor, ram, and ssd size. Find one you like and click on it. There might be multiple systems available with different batteries, keyboards, fingerprint readers, nfc, etc. That's why there is often a range of prices for the base systems.

Use OP link, click "shop laptop", click Latitude 7370 under product family.

BTW, there is no Latitude E7370, only Latitude 7370.
