Seems like they get mixed reviews online. I live in Iowa and it can get pretty darn cold. Still plan to plug in the block heater on the truck each night, but there is no way to do that while at work or out of town. Camelcamelcamel shows that the price actually got to historic lows in July at about $24. Sitting at around $34 shipped with Prime right now, which is roughly 50% off the "normal" price of $70 - $80. Willing to at least give it a shot at that price. Hope this helps someone!!!
"WF920 Series custom fit winter fronts and bug screens are designed to provide benefits in both winter and summer. Made from all weather heavy duty quilted vinyl, the winter front promotes better fuel economy. It aids in providing faster engine warm up and interior heat. It keeps diesel engines at optimal operating temperatures with adjustable air flow doors. In the spring and summer, the bug screen, made from heavy duty tear resistant mesh, protects the rad and grille from bugs, stones and debris. The winter front and bug screen are interchangeable using Fia's patented Stick A Stud no drill installation system. Using a 3M adhesive backed stud fastener, just peel and stick to surface and snap on either the winter front or bug screen. No tools are required for installation."
