I am not very good at any of this and please fix or add to my post anything I fail to mention... Here it goes. I am buying the 6X8 greenhouse from Harbor Freight and with everything I have done it will be for $201 if there is not tax added online and not including shipping costs. I have a store in my state and plan to have to pay an additional 6.35% in taxes to avoid paying the $97 shipping cost. So, that would increase the over all cost for me to approximately $214. If you use coupon code 74619746 or 26674789 it will drop the cost by 25% from $319.99 to $239.99. I have also gone to CardCash.com and bought a gift card that was 15.9% off with my CC which will give me additional 1% back in cash. This brought the total 16.5% off and the new total for the greenhouse to approximately $201 without any additional costs that may be incurred depending on where you live.
I know this doesn't have the best rating at 3.5/5, but there are some great videos on Youtube that show you how to greatly improve the over all quality of this product and to improve durability too. I personally am really looking forward to it and you can't beat the price as the next cheapest greenhouse I could find in a comparable size would be more than $400 more than this one and no options for shipping.
* I would like to also add that this is the newer model and they discontinued from a very similar one that I believe the big difference is in the quality of the door, which still could use improvement. I don't see this new model matching the price back in January when they were trying to get rid of the older version.

There is also these Parlam cold frames that I originally was going to buy from BJ's for $115, but found on Hayneedle.com for $86 and free shipping, I left it in checkout over night and was given a %10 off code for it which brings it down to $77.40 and a savings of over $37 and there is no tax at Hayneedle. This price is for the double and I didn't compare how much cheaper the single would be as this fits my raised beds well.
%10 off code is 3D7J4UE and I don't know if it is targeted or not. Judging from the wording I think it will work for anyone.
Good Luck. These will work great this year to extend my growing season.

There is also a giant 10X12 that if you use the same process would work out to $426 and a savings of $254 off the already low price for a greenhouse this size. I would love to get that one, but it is just too big for the space I have and the wife is already not thrilled by the much smaller one I am picking up.

I am thinking about adding some gutters and putting a rain barrel in the back that is set up on a stand so I can run a hose from the bottom. Then run house under greenhouse and let it force the water through to water everything inside. Okay, I have said about too much already and am obviously too excited about a cheap greenhouse. I have seen people use this for aquaculture and to grow tropical plants. This might make it easier to keep my fig trees outside in the winter in USDA grow zone 6B...

Great find GB.
I have had my old model 6x8 up and running for about 4 months now... So far, so good.
The door is kind of a concern of mine due to the way it slides on a track to operate. I've found that if you keep the lower portion of the track clean by spraying it off every other time that you water the plants inside, the problems are greatly diminished.
Other than that, This is worth the $200 price point.
