This is NOT a 4K disc!

The Blu-ray is 1080p.

if your current Blu-ray has 7.1 track, then you will hear it same. Unless they have done changes to 7.1 track. For you get benefit of atmos you need three-dimensional space setup with your speakers. you could probably do 5.2.2 if you receiver supports atmos.
you basically need to add overhead dimension. Also atmos has better sound quality even with 7.2 setup, but I doubt they redid the audio at todays standards to get the clarity of atmos.

if you are a die hard fan of the movie then yes get it.

An OK deal, but the price has been dropping steadily over the last two months. Since I already have an earlier Blu-Ray, I'm going to hold out a little longer.

so do you need a special surround system to notice a difference in the atmos, vs the normal Blu-ray? or will I here the difference with my 7.2 sound.

Very nice! I had a $5 credit sitting there, so I got a 4K Remaster for 4 bucks!

Definitely a truly great Science Fiction movie, and one of my favorite Bruce Willis movies.

Thumbs UP and 4-repped!

I think the biggest advantage of Atmos is that no matter how many speakers you have in your home theater system (like crazy 13 speaker setups) you will get surround sound out of all the speakers.

Think of it as like "vector images" of sound.
