Yeah. I started to post 'good deal for those without gcu', but that's like posting 'free shipping with prime'. It gets old quick, plus not everyone wants / 'needs' those services.

I preordered with GCU as well being it's the better value. If you buy a bunch of games or Toys to Life the $30 2 year cost is nothing.

The real deal is to wait for 2 months when all the amiibo prices drop to almost half the original price on Amazon.

is that typical? i thought the nerd/otaku factor combined with typical Nintendo short supply would keep prices strong on these things.

The first year or so, yes. It was definitely like that. This second year though, no. Not nearly the demand, mainly because the games they go with have been fairly mediocre and people have kind of forgotten about amiibo and the Nintendo Direct news videos haven't been reminding people about them as often.

they need some pokemon amiibos & some game that either ties in or at least compliments PG
