I bought the 7 in 1 during primeday. I loved it. Missing yogurt function in 6-in-1 isn't a big deal for me but I will consider dual pressure settings for a reason to buy a warehouse deal 7 in 1 around $80- $90

May I know the ways you use dual pressure settings ?

When I make mutton curries I use low pressure since I find cooking in high pressure makes it chewy (solely based on my experience) and I cook chicken quickly on high pressure

I bought this on a slickdeal about 6 weeks or so ago but just started using it for a couple times recently. It seems great except one problem that I have found is that it has been very difficult for me to figure out how to convert standard recipies and non-instapot crock pot/slow cooker type recipies into the correct cooking settings and times to use in this device. However, the manual that comes with it supposedly contains all of these conversions and I just havent got around to looking for the book yet so maybe this really isnt much of a problem.

The Prime Day model is DUO60 for those who might want to know. As mentioned, the Yogurt function is missing but will not be missed. I make it it the regular way and its 10x simpler to do it that way.

Got the IPDUO60ENW model during Black Friday. Already cooked a ton of meat, then store in food sealers for months at a time. Food comes out nice and tender, falling off the bone.

In terms of short cook time & easy cleaning, has already paid itself off.

I have the DUO60 and make great soy yogurt 1-2 a week. I add a cup of water to the pot, place a metal container on the included steaming rack and fill it with a half gallon of Silk soy milk. I also add a 1/2 teaspoon of powdered milk for every cup to increase thickness. Close the lid and vent, set the steam function for 5 minutes. After it finishes shut it off and wait until the pressure has gone down to be able to open the lid (about 1/2 an hour), remove the metal container and let it cool until it reaches 115 degrees, add a teaspoon of Fage plain yogurt per cup of milk (I found Fage works better than Chobani or other brands) and stir it in until it's dissolved. Then you put the container back in the pot and set the yogurt function for 8-9 hours. I do it at night so that it's ready in the morning.

To make Greek soy yogurt, I strain it in a nut milk bag for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator. I get about a quart of really thick and creamy Greek soy yogurt per 1/2 gallon of soy milk.

Got the 7-1 on Prime Day and I can say I'm loving it. Much easier in clean up compared to a conventional pressure cooker, though the conversion to time (from whistles) is tricky to do. Alot of it is outlined in the recipes book it comes with so quite happy with it so far.

Get the 7-1 for low pressure. It is very useful.
The high pressure is good, but makes things very chewy, and sometimes too soft.

Even for pastas, low pressure works better.
