Got it on my Amex Gold card, thanks!

I just transferred 41,750 points for 50,100 Avios.
The 50,000 points will be good enough for 2 ppl flying roundtrip from LAX to hawaii.

Not as slick as it used to be for flying AA. The value is no longer 1 = 1, so it only comes out to 1.2. Plus, good luck find proper award availability on AA

Back in the day I rolled 40% bonus at 1.4 with wide open award seats. The game aint the same

Not 100% sure but, definitely good to use avios for AA domestic flights (BA partner)

I transferred with similar bonus but that time 1 MR point was translating to 1.5 avios

I've got 100k+ from the sign up bonus, I know the Plenti deal isn't for me; any thoughts on another/better way to use these points?

I would like to know this as well. Brokers are offering 1.25 cents per point but I'm still holding out for a better offer.

I got 100k from plat deal as well, was sitting on them since the redemption on home depot gifts suck. I often take jet blue domestically, and international is seldom. Supposedly singapore airline is the best to transfer to? Interesting that this would work with AA tho since they fly everywhere domestically. I often however book package deals on expedia, so not sure how well this works.

depends, avios are best for short hauls. if you're on the west coast you can transfer to avios and book on alaska thru british airways. availability usually sucks tho especially peak season.

What do you recommend using MR points for then? I travel to Asia in economy class, maybe once a year.

Best to sell it to brokers for 1.25 cents per point?

If you are going to Asia, you can transfer to ANA or Singapore airlines

100K should be enough for a Business class return ticket if you are going to North Asia or China

MBR? first thought was master bed room -- wasn't sure why you'd want to trade those in... oh well...
