If I am reading this correctly, a family of five would end up paying $125 per month whereas Cricket is still $100 per month for a family of five.

GoPhone isn't deprioritized like Cricket, its post-paid level service. So no throttling or proxy. GoPhone also has stateside customer service and data rollover. Cricket has a history of poor reliability (calling, texting, data) whereas when GoPhone has problems so does AT&T post-paid. During Cricket's last outage, GoPhone/ATT was running just fine.

I was reading it the same way that cricket applies discounts. Each discount applies to each phone. Looking at it again I can see how you are coming to your total as well. Guess we will need to wait for the official announcement.

Other than that ONE evening I have had no other problems with Cricket and been very happy with their service.

It's pretty well documented Cricket has issues with MMS and data prioritization which often leads to no data. On my own lines missed calls are a common issue. A few weeks ago I was in DC and couldn't even get driving directions. You're getting what you pay for. I'm looking to bail after credits run out. Given how few customers they added last quarter given all thier advertising I suspect others will do the same.

I agree. Coverage has been sporadic at best. I'm experiencing a lot of missed calls in an area that has always had excellent coverage on AT&T. I still have about 5 more months of credits. After they expire I'll bail too.

Certainly has not been my experience. I've been very happy with them.

I have had no issues with cricket wireless apart from one. Just one. Everthing works fine for me.
